I feel that I should point out that if someone is willing to pay for shipping then that choice should be up to THEM.

I'll explain why I limit the sale to locals only. It's because I've had people willing to pay shipping, and they turned out to be scammers.
So I would really like to reserve the right to sell to local buyers only. Because I have lost trust in paypal or money order or whatever payment method other than cash.
Apologize to the guys back east or in the prairies. I really have nothing against you, its just I've had way too many run-ins with scammers.

I'm missing something here...I don't see a location. Also, with EMT, the risk is all on the buyer since there's not buyer protection due to the very nature of direct money transfer
