Hmmm Being an intel RE board, is there warranty in case something goes wrong for the buyer?

I have returned a RE processor before for RMA without being the original purchaser. I am pretty sure Intel doesn't even ask for proof of purchase. However, with that being said I will always make myself available for whoever buys the motherboard in the event of any motherboard issues. I believe the board comes with a 3 year warranty so until that is up I would glad to help if any issues popped up.

Cool, and when did you purchase it just so i know how much warranty is remaining?
(I know should have done this via PM but I feel the info might help potential buyers).

No worries these answers deserve to be in the thread. Actually thanks for asking so I can clarify. The board was purchased in June 2010 (along with a 940). So there should be just over 2 years left.
