My System Specs

Default Quad Core CPU, Mobo, DVD, Case, PSU

*EDIT* totally forgot to add video card its added now please see list thanks!

My brother in law is looking to upgrade his machine and has set me a budget of $440

He would like the following :

CPU : Quad Core (AMD OR INTEL)
MOBO : Support the CPU ofcourse and support upto 8GB of RAM
PSU : Able to support the Quad Core CPU, MOBO, 8GB RAM, DVDROM, 1 HD and FANS
I'm thinking 600W+
DVDROM : Really I'm probably better off getting this new for $30 for an IDE but if someone really has one that has some life left and just needs the cash let me know!
CASE : I know for the price he wants to get these parts he's not going to get anything to fancy.
HD : 500GB or better is what hes looking for preferably with some warranty left.
VIDEO CARD : 8800 GT or better

Overall I know hes asking a lot for a little. I would prefer to use paypal to pay (my bank doesn't accept EMT (FirstOntarioCreditUnion). Inless your somewhat local and we can pick it up. I've got some good feedback here and a few people I'm sure would vouch for me :)

Let me know what you can do guys. Thanks in advance.

Trayton.

I have a brand new coolermaster elite 335 you can have for $30 plus shipping? I bought it for a build for the GF before she changed her mind about getting addicted to gaming
