While I understand these items are new in box, Gigabyte does not seal their mobo boxes. Please post a shot with the boards visible (in the bag is fine).

My apologies to non-Montrealers on these, used items would be open to all, but for new items the difference with retail prices gets eaten up pretty quickly by shipping/handling/logistics.

those are very nice boards. used both in several builds, the smaller one is a jewel for its size.

basically brand new in box as you would buy in the store?

not a bump.

Yes, both were won in Gigabyte contests and are fully warrantable and unopened/untouched (other than for the photo above...)

The invoice for the H55N is from Gigabyte headquarters in Taipei dated Nov. 5, 2010 serial # is SN1042.... so warranty until 42nd week of 2013.

The H55M comes direct and factory fresh from Gigabyte USA and is SN1036... so also guaranteed until 2013.

I personally won a 3rd one which Gigabyte allowed me to switch for the one going into this build:
Finally First Build! (Budget Gaming)

Buy these now and help me complete my rig!
