Default quiet GPU or aftermarket VGA-Heatsink

Pretty much just looking for a quiet card (prefer passive cooled) that sits between a 4770/9600gt and a 4890/gtx275 in performance.

OR

an aftermarket heatsink that I can use on an existing card (something like an HR-03 universal GPU cooler).

Pm (Pm is key) with offers, Local preferred (Toronto or Oakville).

**Really hoping to score a gtx260 or a 9800gtx/gts250

** I should also mention that my maximum budget is $140, including shipping.

Don't have an offer, but you can get the BFG passively cooled 9800 GT for about 100USD on Newegg.

yeah I noticed that, but 175 is just WAYY to expensive for a gtx 260 IMO.
