[WTB] older gaming mATX mobo, cpu, gpu + PSU for crazy cheap

Hi, I sold off all my old gaming rig stuff then found a use for it 6 months later (of course). I was thinking something along the lines of a 939 athlon 64 with a decent older gpu. I will most likely need a PSU too as the 250w in there is barely hanging in there with what I have already.

What I have now is an older hp box with an Athlon xp, geforce 5700 256 and 512mb of ram, I have a HUGE catalog of older games but only the oldest of them are playable on this machine and I want to give it to a friend of mine who loves older PC games but has zero money.

I don't want to peice it together from too many sources due to ship costs eating up the budget so if any of you guys have an old mATX setup without a case that is collecting dust let me know, thanks!
