Wait, a PCI-E x16 video card, or actually a PCI card? Because if you need to resort to PCI your friend's rig has some serious issues.

Lo Mein said that, and I think he knows a little more about dancing than I do pal, because he invented it! Then he perfected it so that no man could best him in the club of honor.
Then he used his prize money to buy two of every whore on Earth. Then he herded them all onto a boat, then they all beat the crap out of every single one of him.

Good job crappin in here... Obviously a PC is functional if it does what the owner wants. My mother in law only plays Java games and does MSN, Facebook ect.. So you suggest getting a Quad core with a kajillion GHz?? Let me guess, 12 GB DDR-ten-f@ckin-thousand MHz RAM?? Oh probly dual ATI 5870 in Crossfire to play FarmTown @ max settings and resoltuion!! lol

I upgraded her P4 2.8 HT 1GB DDR400 rig to Win 7 and it runs smooth. Her ATI 9250 SE PCI, yes just PCI, was the only thing that didn't make the cut. I think it starts at ATI 9500 or better for 7.

Anyhoo, PM for the 9400...
