I have a Cosmos S available in my FS thread, though you will need to buy an adaptor indeed to meet your 10 hdd goal.

How about a CM Stacker 810 that needs some TLC but holds 12 HDDS?

Try the CM590. Purchasing the 4in3 modules (an additional two) should only cost you at most $50-$60.

For 12 drive bays, overall price of under $200, I don't think it can be beat.

Edit:

See these. :)

NCIX.com - Buy Coolermaster STB-3T4-E3 3X5.25IN to 4X3.5IN Drive Bay Convertor Silver Black W/ 120MM Fan - STB-3T4-E3 In Canada.

Edit 2: Oh. you don't want adaptors..
