In my opinion, that's a terrible idea. First, the GTZ is a great block, especially at it's price. If you're dissatisfied with the performance it's likely due to your radiator or your pump, not the block.

Second, the H50 (also IMO) can barely be considered watercooling; there are air coolers that would perform better than it (D14 for example). It would have absolutely nothing on a decent home-made watercooling system.

What are the rest of the specs in your loop? What radiator and pump are you using? What fans are on the radiator? It's almost certainly a better idea to upgrade one of them than swap the system out for an H50.

Well, when I mean the GTZ is starting to disappoint me, I mean by the fact that it looks plain BLEH, the CPU loop is sort've making my computer look a bit messy. As for my radiator and pump. I am using the MCR320 and MCR220 with a D5 pump mounted to a Primochill Typhoon III. I also have two GTX 285 waterblocks on the loop.

Well, as far as I can tell, that's no reason to take such a huge downgrade. Even if you don't like the look of the block, I'd keep it only because it cools like hell. It's your call, i guess...
