6. I accept the following and ONLY the following forms of payment: E-mail Money Transfer, Direct Deposit into my CIBC account, or Cash. I will never ever accept C.O.D. (money up front ALWAYS) or PayPal - don't bother asking. Money orders may be accepted in some cases, but generally I don't like having to wait for them to arrive.

Honestly, if I was selling something < $50 then I wouldn't care if I ship first or not. But using "seller never ships before getting paid" as a excuse is just bullshit.

I have only had one other buyer here: Shadowmeph (Phenom II 955), but he didn't bother leaving a feedback. The 4870 was sold to a local buyer.

I'd suggest trying to do this local if you don't like shipping...Also, with that price people are going to say it over and over again you won't get any bites. This is a computer forum so its not like we don't know where you got the cpu from.
