If the item was shipped to you and it arrive with physical damage, then I will work with you claim to the insurance on that package with Canada Post. If you've gotten the item through a local meeting, then I will refund you the cost of the item if it is dead on arrival (DOA). how relatively loud isthe gpu fan? Looking for something quite.. possibly passive cooling..

There are currently no passive 4890 cards on the market because the GPU creates too much heat. The cooler is silent at idle and ramps up under load. Under load it only reached a max of about 60% fan speed for me. It sounds like a rush of air but there is no "whine" to it.
