I am confused. How can it be brand new and never used and somehow you know it is stable at 3.8ghz at 1.4375v? Don't mean to start anything just thought that was strange and perhaps a little misleading.

nevermind....I am retarded! On another note good buy though as the volts required for that OC is better then mine. Took 1.5v for mine to reach that. Sorry donkon!
