My friend is a poor college student so can`t afford to buy retail or steam. If anyone is tired of the game and wants to sell the cd key for an affordable price, please let me know.

You aloud to sell the software but not CD keys or accounts, thats a big no no with the game owners as well as with HWC.

hmm...if you want to sell the hardware(original untouched/unwhatever cd/dvd/etc) wich comes in the little plastic thing with the key...hmm..that should be ok no? but just the key than thats baad..mkay?

like when you buy a laptop with the vista key on the back, thats legal? havent brushed upon video game sales so time to learn i guess :D

Actually, according to the law your not allowed to sell one at all haha, Even EBgames or another game store isn't supposed to buy or sell used games. Same goes with music or movies. Your not even allowed to watch a movie or listen to a CD around anyone outside your immediate family ahahaha, But yeah it's screwed.
