Default Decent 46xx/38xx or 96xx/86xx series video card

My brother in law just bought an acer box... now hes upset that he cant run the new games he bought on it because the included 3450 is a wuss..

So I am looking for the above series of video cards, the cheaper the better but he is running a 23" acer monitor and wants to be able to play Bioshock so please keep that in mind. Bioshock and Fear 2 and probubly the most intensive games he will be playing.

Idealy id like to find a low power 9800GT....

hes also running a 300w psu... so lower the power consumption the better..

is all I can say about this one...

Paypal or EMT can be arranged by either me or himself.

BUDGET under $100 CND shipped.

I've got a HD 3850 with a Thermaltake Duorb cooler on it that I had repaired, as a capacitor had broken off. It works great and stays very cool. $65 shipped !

indeed. check the 12v rail(s) specs, you might blow it if you hook up anything more than just a display/browsing card. check here :
