Default looking for a new mouse

so, i think my mx518, after 1 and a half years is dying.

the mouse wheel wont scroll properly anymore, it clicks fine, but i need to scroll for a long time now to get anything to scroll.

making it real annoying in games, websites and anything where scroll wheels are used.

if anyone has an suggestions for a good gaming mouse for a decent price, post here please =).

if you have one used, and are in the toronto area, i would prolly consider buying it.

prefer a new one though.

hahahahaaa just re-install software and your wheel scrolling should be working again...

i had an issue with it (mx500) and i called logitech to get another... when my brother used it on his laptop for temporary and he told that its working prefectly... i realize its software issues.... so i fixed it... odd?

it's mechanical, not a software problem.

Thanks Mac my less than a year old G5 middle button doesn't work that well anymore, I think I'll give them a call.

Very happy with the price and performance and comfort of my logitech G5. Great mouse that won't break the bank. I won't review it here, but it's a keeper! Just read up a bit on them.
