I have a copy of Vista Business 64-Bit if you're willing to use that. It cuts all the multimedia bullcrap out of it but you can add it back in from the DVD. However, this is the twist:

I have to burn the copy of the .iso from e-Academy (I am subscribed to IEEE). The key is unused. I think I have a fair price for you (OEM).
