remember..i have no box for these stuff..its all from my friend(except for the monitor)..so its very very hard to ship delicate stuff like a CPU/hard drive

I've done it many times: always use an anti-static bag, and use bubble-wrap to pad the component. Then use newspaper to fill the voids inside the box.

CanadaPost is probably the cheapest. And as Apollo mentionned, simply state that shipping is at the buyer's expense... using CP's website, you can guesstimate the cost.
