OKKKKKK so i got a refund this morning! thanks to the paypal owner... i guess monsterp was using someone else they knew to collect. maybe that accounted for the miscommunication . either way, i got the money. thanks!

actually dude I beleive the blame lay solely on Paypal as I talked to Monsterp and even a good guy like him has problems refunding a payment before its cleared..... Paypal was on a slow side and thats why all this happened.

oh no doubt... im not mad at that. im mad at 1) the lack of communication and 2) since the original problem was his fault.. ie. made a deal, then sold elsewhere, the onus is kind of on him and the appropriate thing to do would be to do whatever he could to expedite the process.

regardless of paypal's speed, i was out money and a card for like 2 weeks, because of his negligence.

anyway its all solved lets move on!
