WTB a decent complete PC for my kids

OK, PC has got to be worth atleast $200+ and needs to be atleast S939 based or newer. P4's considered but I prefer S775. Can be single core and no OS is no problem. I want a complete system though including monitor. I prefer LCD and 15" and larger too. 120GB HD and atleast 1GB of ram. DX9 video also a plus. I will drive within 100KM from Acton Ontario to pick it up too to save shipping hassels. Laptops considered, but I kinda need P-M specs or better along with DVD drive and 40GB+ HD. As said, I am looking to spend around $200, but I may go up to $300 if it is special. I am a cheap bastard so no trying to pawn off garbage as I know what to expect and I know what I can get for this price. There are a few on Fleabay for that price, but I hate ebay.
