A location in your profile might help folks who are only interested in local sales..... (and no... my gts isn't for sale....) (well... not yet anywise.... :) ).

GL finding one, hopefully somebody has upgraded to a 260 or 4870. :)

hmm im stuck on deciding a price. 4850 and 9800gtx+ both sell for $150 new... and 8800GT for $100... $125 right in the middle? plus ~10-15 shipping

Well the 8800GTS 512 completely blows the 8800GT, the 4850 does beat the 8800GTS 512 stock card, and mine clocked higher.. According to SKY's review on 4850, it does beat the 8800GTS 512, but as I said since mine is clocked higher, you can see the difference between the stock and mine: XFX 8800GTS 512MB (G92) Alpha Dog Edition Review

The cheapest 4850 I've seen is $155-$160, and plus tax, RMA fee, shipping will cost you roughly over $180. So looking at that, why not call it $140 + shipping, which would be around 10-15 your right. Imo it is just $15 more, but it is a better card from the stock one.

Deal please please :P ?

4850 (and 9800gtx+) @ncix is 150+$5 shipping.. 155+5% GST= 162.75... for a much, much better card shipped, and brand new. im not doubting the gts 512, still a great card, its just EOL and used with (possibly) no warranty. ill think about the price :)
