sound distribution

hi,

i was playing combat arms the other day with a friend while audio chatting with him on teamspeak. I have a one ear headset with a microphone attached to it that i use to speak online with only the microphone plugged to the sound card and i use my desktop speakers for the sound output. What bothers me is that when my friend is talking while i am in big action i hardly can hear him even if teamspeak or msn output sound is high. i was wondering if a program is available to distribute or dispatch sound from a certain software (i.e teamspeak) to an other channel for example my headset. i have a auzentech explosion 7.1 sound card and i would like to be able to ouput my game sound to my desktop speakers while outputing teamspeak or msn sound to my headset so i can hear my friend better.
