Default Info on USB DAC

Tired of buying soundards. Just blew out the sound on my mobo so it's time for a good DAC. Budget is gonna be under $200. ANy suuggestions?

EDIT: I don't use headphones, this is for an amplifier/speaker combo.

I'm specifically looking for line out for a regular amplifier, I don't do headphones and I an upgrading my amp very soon as well. I've read some on the particular DAC and was hoping to hear about other options as well.
