Info on USB DAC

Tired of buying soundards. Just blew out the sound on my mobo so it's time for a good DAC. Budget is gonna be under $200. ANy suuggestions?

EDIT: I don't use headphones, this is for an amplifier/speaker combo.

You will need an amp if you are driving headphones since it outputs line level

I'm specifically looking for line out for a regular amplifier, I don't do headphones and I an upgrading my amp very soon as well. I've read some on the particular DAC and was hoping to hear about other options as well.

Fiio eo7/e09 desktop dac/amp combo I like if all the connections are there for ya and are both within your budget.
