shall I buy this sound card?
 

I want to buy a 7.1 sound card, I don't really care about the sound quality I just need 7.1 connectors is this a good one? Sweex 7.1 PCI Sound Card met digital out (dutch you propably won't understand but it has a picture and the price)

That will give you 7.1 alright. Analog speaker outputs etc.

It has 4 3.5mm jacks for the 7.1 setup and 1 rca out put, so as long as you don't need an optical port you should be good with this.
