Default Securing / Mounting ZM-MIC1?

Hi all,

I already have a Zalman ZM-MIC1 and no one complains about my voice quality using the mic, but if I clip it to my shirt it does get loose and eventually fall off during a gaming session (even if I'm not acting like the "Boom Headshot" guy).

For those who also use the Zalman ZM-MIC1 or other external mic on a wire, what do you do to secure it? (To any one of: monitor, person, headphones.) There's too much junk on my desk to put it on my desk top

Thanks!

Mine is strapped to my headphone cable with mini-zip ties, zap straps, tye wraps, whatever you call them.

I use sennheiser hd558 headphones which have a thick cable that the zalman mic fits perfectly on. Alternatively you can wrap electrical tape around a spot on regular headphone wires to create a thick spot to clip the mic.
