Yes. It's a PCI-E x1 card. That mobo has 4 PCI-E x1 slots.

the soudn card makes better sound just from headphones or speakers to?

You will get better sound with headphones AND desk top speakers with that sound card. How "better" the sound will be,depends on how good your headphones and speakers are. Hip bone connected to the thigh bone....Good luck.

Not really. I use headphones only. My PC is used for gaming. You will probably get better info form other Forum members that read your post.

i think the Xonar Essence STX is most for music and headphones and the Xonar D2X is gaiming card
