extra Audio Input option solutions?
hello everyone

i got a question for everyone.

i will be upgrading my PC here shortly, i have been using a X-Fi Platinum Fatal1ty Champion PCI for years and am upgrading my PC

my problem is the motherboard i am looking at(z77 sabertooth) doesn't have pci. so i need a new sound card. but i need a solution for inputs, most sound cards don't have many inputs, but i actually used all inputs on my old x-fi.

i use my pc as my main media center, i live in a small crap place and i use my headset(sennheiser 360/i busted my old 350's) for everything, TV, Xbox, PS3 are connected to my PC via optical for audio (even use the rca input from time to time)

my question is, what sound card or external adapters/DAC could i use to connect everything to my PC with a new sound card(pci-e). i got a low budget on this :(

from reading the forums, i know many people seem to like the asus xonar series, but they don't have optical inputs.

anyone know or can think of a option ? Is something like the X-FI Titanium FATAL1TY PCI-E (for 100$) my cheapest option? (witch ill need to find a way to connect 3 optical devices to 1 input).

any suggestions is appreciated.

Asus sound cards DO have optical inputs.

yeah the bigger models do... i spend more money on the 3770k and motherboard, so less to go on sound for now.
