Headphones advice

My mother is looking for some headphones for their trip this summer, however she only like the ear buds that clip over your ear and don't go into them. She tried on a pair of Marley that had noise cancellation and was wondering how well/good of an audio company they are compared to say Bose.

I had to actually look it up to find out what the hell this brand was.

Did they seriously name an entire line of headphones after Bob Marley? Seriously?

All I can say is everywhere I look, they get about 3.5 or 4 out of 5. Few nitpicky issues, but otherwise solid. Weird I've never heard of these before though.

If they compare to bose, than they are the among the most overpriced crap in the audio industry!

I can help with recommendations, but first I have to know the budget,

Also, if noise cancellation is her priority, then clip on earphones will definitely be the worst idea for that. In ear monitors (IEM) will work far far better for that (actually very good isolation), and it will give her much better sound quality, and they're even quite comfortable.
