Short answer: Yes.

Sound quality, difference in sounds, direction, clarity. It will all improve with a sound card.

Also remember the quality of your headphones will come in to play, if you have low quality headphones, the sound card won't make that much of a difference. ALso, USB headsets will not use the sound card.

Your English is fine.

However, I have never even heard of that sound card so I'm not sure if it is any good or not. I recommend ASUS Xonar DX. Great sounding card at a good price that is right around your price range, maybe less.

Yes, a sound card will help you with directional positioning.

I'm not familiar with the card you have listed, but I'd suggest a Asus Xonar DX. It sells here for your price range, and I can tell you from personal experience it's way better than onboard sound.

Edit: Ninja'd, at least with the same advice though.

I did a quick google search and a took a quick glance at the card and I am fairly certain its sufficient for gaming and I doubt the Asus would make a huge impact on sound quality. But like other people said you might need to upgrade your headphones. I recommend Sennheiser's and I am sure a few other people would too:) I am by no means a expert on headphones though so you might want to read up more about them. Cheers hope that helps
