Ive actually heard these in action when my friend brought them to a backyard in summer when we were chillin...no comment :P The sound is actually not bad we just proped it on the table and we could all hear it quite well. Its true there is hardly any bass...make that none XD but you hear a little more than what you would expect from it which made it pretty badass IMO :P

What volume did you have to turn it up to in order to hear it?

The bluetooth phone capability is quite a neat feature. Saves paying $80 for a bluetooth headset that doesn't play music, or have an lcd.

Great review Skymtl, I really enjoyed reading about this product. For once I am considering something other than apple for music.

Looks pretty awesome! I would probably perfer one without the speakers, it could be much thinner and lighter, and probably up the battery life considerably. All it needs is a little speaker and a mic for the phone capabilities

I woudnt recall how loud it needs to be turned up for it to be heard cuz it was last summer. But I do know that when i was about 4 feet from it when it was at max volume i could hear it perfecly.

That was one heck of a great review!
