Any tuner / cd / amps out there?

Got a weird request from a customer, she's looking for an integrated receiver (tuner, CD, amp). Unless I go high-end stores, the usual suspects (FS, BB and others) don't carry those anymore.

She wants quality, but also a receiver that can handle some high volume levels without too much distortion. If such a thing still exists, I'll match some tower speakers.
