Jackie... I got two last questions for you before I make the hefty purchase... Firstly, how would you fare the Westone 1 and Etymotic Mc3/Mc5.. And lastly have you ever bought from earphonesolutions.com they seem to have pretty descent prices, and cheap shipping to Canada. Example if I bought the Shure from there, with shipping and a discount code it would still be at least $10 cheaper than buying from Bestbuy.

1. Westone is the more general purpose IEM, it'll do the job for most parts, but it's still a low end balanced armature IEM, which usually can't cover the frequencies very well. The MC5 is great if you're a keen and analytical listener, but sounds extremely boring to everyone else

2. I haven't bought from them, but they are a reputable site. You can try Soundearphones.com as well

Thanks... Soundearphones came back to me saying they can't ship Shure headphones outside US... I'll try and take my chance from earphonesolutions, if no luck then Bestbuy it is then..

Ive bought from earphonesolutions and they are good peeps to deal with.
I have the Westone 1s and they are "ok"...but thats about it.
