Decent, there are better though. These are based on the 8788 chips. You don't get all gaming API's such as full EAX support etc.

Is is worth $75?- got it bundled with headphones for $149 off NCIX.

Hmm, depends on what your after. You don't get new gaming features. It will give you good sound quality though. Not quite as good as the Prelude or Xonar but good.
