Personally I'd be really annoyed if my headset's battery crapped out while gaming, so from those 3 choices I'd pick the Logitech G35.
I also view the specs as a gimmick (7.1/5.1?)...the lack of sound quality is far more detrimental. For gaming, you need accuracy and detail for there to be "good position", along with a wide sound stage. I'd go with what AKG suggested, the HD 555 + clip on mic, or better yet, the AD700 (open) + clip on mic.
