problems with Creative Zen Vision W

Sou...got some problems with my mp3 player. (Creative Zen Vision W the 30gig version).
Firmware: 1.10.08
OS: Windows Xp Professional SP2 X64.
Software: Creative Media Source 5 (tried with the older one too)
Problem: Can't transfer files to it. When I connect it it appears a window with 2 options: Sync with media player and take no action it also appears (mtp properties or something like that)
The syncing with mp doesn't helps me at all because I can view the files but can't transfer (import/export).
On the Creative Media Source 5 if I try to click transfer files It gives me an error: No mp3 players connected.
So wtf...Actually my pc recognizes it but ..the media source doesn't..
I tried a thing that was posted on the creative forums but didn't worked..
Please HELP..
