Sound goes down randomly (fixed)

Ever since I reinstalled Windows 7 on my SSD, the sound when listening to music randomly goes down. Here I don't mean it was lowered in my media player (which is iTunes btw) or in Windows, its just the sound output goes down (at least cut in half).

I have not checked intensively, but for sure whenever there is another program (namelessly a website) has sound, this situation happens. I am not sure if that is the only time when it does, but I managed to reproduce it with a site like Youtube.

That is quite weird as it never happened before.

Anyone know what is messed up.

Edit: I found it, a simple thing in the audio settings.
