Default Creative Labs Titanium Pro and UD7

I need some help, I just got a sound card Creative Labs Titanium Pro, anyways I have never had a sound card before, my mobo UD7 only has one small PCIEX 1 slot that it can fit into, but its blocked and I can't get the card in. Now I have 2 PCIEX 16 slots and 2 PCIEX 8 slots, can I install the sound card in one of them, if so which one would be best the 16 or 8? I just want to be 100% sure, I don't want to fry anything.

Yep, you can plug a 1x card into a 1x/4x/8x/16x slot and have it work fine. As for the best one, I'd say the slot furthest away from your video card.

A PCIe X1 card can be installed in any PCIe slot. Pick the one which offers the best combination of airflow for your vid card and rear access on your case.

Ninja'd!!!

(oh wait.... does that belong in the annoying forums posts thread????? ).
