Gah! So tempting, especially at the current sale price.... I already have a full 5.1 setup with a 600W yamaha digital reciever, and some tower speakers, but they're so bulky, and a pain to move! This would be a great solution to someone with a small living space that wants something easy, and at the same time very good quality. Nice review!

I have a mediocre sound system and this things looks amazing and sounds amazing (after I read the review that is) so Im very skeptical of "virtual" sound as well. However at 169,99$ @ ncix right now it sounds like an AMAZING deal.

They definitely look pretty good but before I say anything I would need to personally hear them!

They have a very good sound quality to them. If your considering using them with a PC you need the right sound card though. They are on sale for $169 and are regular $299. When they were originally released they were $599!!
I suggest listening to any speaker system before purchasing. See if a local Home theatre store may have them. Hope this helps.

Nice review...

I am currently thinking about putting together an htpc. I gather that these would work nicely.

Thank you.

You can't go wrong at the price they are now. They provide large sound for a smaller surround system.

Yes, That is a very great price. When this system was first released it was $599. Did you read my review, did it help with your decision?
