Default Putting Full Speakers inside a PC

Hey Everyone,

I'm putting together an mATX system for a friend and he wants to stay away from laptops while still having attached speakers. Does any company manufacture an internal speaker (say to plug into the pci ports)? Or is my only option modding the case and attaching some speakers to the inside? Any tips or suggestions would be greats as I'm pretty sure no one makes this kind of thing.

Why not a monitor with speakers built in?

Re Jake: I know, I know. I explained that to him, but he might be moving the pc between the field where he uses a company monitor, his home PC (which has speakers) and his room at camp. I'm thinking a wireless USB speaker set is his best bet, but at least I know the 5.25" is an option (Thanks Jackquelegs)

Rip one out of an old IBM/Dell/HP. They plug into standard external audio ports IIRC.
