Default Zalman Theatre 6 5.1 Headphones

I just picked up a set of these for $44.00 @ Direct Canada. I've been trying them out now for a few hours and they work awesome. For movies and games you can pick out directional sounds.

For music they are great. I read reviews were people stated they suck for music. I have to ask are those people morons. Simply change your settings in your audio for stereo and the music just comes through the front channels. For those that say it's two much work to change the settings I say they are just being lazy.

The more you deal with audio the more you will understand that what one person sayas id great another will say is bad. Audio is subjective and based on the person doing the listening. The most important judge is you and your ears... hope that helps.

Amen to that. I have been using a pair for awhile now and the only complaint I have is that they make my ears sweat! They are big suckers but for FPS'ing it does take it to another level.

I have been considering getting a 5.1 set of cans. The Zalmans seem very interesting.

After using these headphones for a week now I can say I'm still impressed. Playing the Stranglehold demo, I was able to hear where the shots were coming from.
