Default Sound Blaster Live!: better or worse than onboard audio?

I have a Sound Blaster Live! model CT4780.

Is it worth using in my PC? I am currently using the onboard audio in my Gigabyte 790X-UD4P

It's probably no better than the onboard, and you'll have a hell of a time getting the drivers to work if it's even possible. I would say it's not worth it.

$5 if anything, but honestly, I doubt anyone would pay for it. I've seen Live! and Live! 5.1 cards being given away for free. Probably not worth the effort to try to sell it. If you really want to get rid of it, put it up on Craigslist or Freecycle.
