I'm guessing your a guitarist since you're complaining about mids? :) Interesting to know though, that you prefer the sound quality of the Razer's over the PC350 which are nearly double the price.

Razer Carcharias
I have one of those sitting on my head right now and another waiting to be opened if this set dies. I swear that these are not a Razer product, as I've hated everything Razer before, but love these.
The only complaint is that the mic seems to not be able to hold itself up completely horizontal after a while, but it's not too bad.

Have you looked at the HD 555's?! A lot of people use them and love them. I plan on getting myself a pair this week.

I'll stand up for the 350's.
I think they're great with a full flat sound across the spectrum.

If $300 Cdn does not scare you, then the Psyko 5.1s are the only way to go for true surround sound headphones. The only problem is getting a set.I have had mine for about a year now,and in that period of time I have heard nothing from anybody else that owns a pair.I have checked thier site a few times and they are always sold out.Always on back order. If that is the case, they must have sold zillions. At any rate,if you can find a set, spend the money. They are worth every penny for a serious gamer.

C'mon guys... "Dead thread revival" - this thread is over a month old. I've been using a Razer Charias and loving it, most comfortable headset I've ever worn.

I agree the Razer headset is amazing. I was going to get the surround one but it was much more and a read bad things about it. But the basic one is nice and comfort is 11/10. Only thing i dislike about it is the bass isn't as big as i was hoping for also they don't go very loud but that doesn't matter as much cause there is very nice noise cancellation.
