Default nik nak to control windows volume

is there any little usb device or something with a precision knob to control the windows sound volume? Keyboard doesnt have one..

Or wait for the Elixer to come on sale for $10-$15 like it always does at NCIX. Then you get a great gaming + multimedia keyboard that you can set a million macros on.

Another possibility could be a media center remote... which could have other advantages too.

i cannot type on anything but a mechanical keyboard. so those cheap plastic keyboards are out the question I will consider the media remote though. any suggs for those?

all i really need is a volume rocker maybe i could fabricate something myself? play pause ect i dont need.
