Default [Creative MP3] Red Button - MP3 Player Recovery Tool
Good news for anyone with a Creative mp3 player (ZEN, MuVo, Nomad etc)

Creative have released universal software to tackle any problems with their players. The free tool can be downloaded from here

My ZEN Vision M works fine so I am not going to use this red button now
but it is definitely worth bookmarking...

this software doesn't work 100% it failed to revive my zen micro photo. So i had to buy a relpacement (it was out of warranty)
