Look at the price of that thing! 95$ USD And it's not even surround!

You can get the Zalman 5.1 with mic for 45$ at DC Zalman ZM-RS6F 5.1 Channel Equivalent 6 Speaker Real Surround Headset W/ Microphone - DirectCanada

Your choice the headphones I recommended are one of the best sets possible for stereo, if you want 5.1 get a 5.1 set. I doubt the sound quality would be anywhere close to a quality set of Grados or Sennheisers. You think $95 is expensive? Those are entry level models..the price and sound quality escalate from there. If you want great sound quality you have to pay the fiddler as the saying goes...

Have you ever tried the Zalmans ?

I never tried those Grados. So neither of us can tell if there is a difference between both. Except for the price and sometime, price has nothing to see with quality.

Not yet. The Grados are a different type of headphone. I have heard great things about the Zalmans. As for the price, if you get into "CANS" you quickly find they are a very expensive hobby especially when you want high end models.
