Well I have a set of Edifier S330D's on my computer. I got them for about $125 they have both digital and analog inputs. I have a set of Bose on my stereo and I have to say I like the Edifier's a heck of allot more sound quality is allot better. So the Edifier S330D is my recommendation. I have linked the site because I am not fluent in all that audio specs jargon.

Analog is better.

Digital relies on the DAC you have connected of which unless you have some decent home equipment maybe better but in most cases is not.
