Default Sondigo Inferno 7.1 channel sound card

Does the Inferno have a media player included in its software disc....bells and whistles such as movie sound effects...music soundshaping.....skins....the ability to rip, burn, and organize files?

Winamp = Audio
VLC/Mplayer = Video
Rip Music from CD = CDEX
Burn Music to MP3 = ImgBurn
