Default Eq Software?

I've got a sony DAV-DX255 5.1 hooked up to my computer.

But I'm looking for an equalizer to crank the bass up. The realtek audio manager doesn't do the job.

If you are using Winamp for media playback, DFX would work.

However, if you want the enhancement for ALL audio output, SRS Sandbox is the best choice.

Hope that helps

Don't even bother. If the ACL889A's EQ doesn't do it for ya, then nothing really else will. You sony system isn' exactly the most robust out there, although it does pack alot of features for a pretty decent price. It also requires a very small, 250 sq. ft. room in order to even to be able to fill the room properly with bass.

You could also up the bass on the unit itself, but to be honest, I'm surprised yours is still even working...
