Just got a "bulk spam" attack trying to get me to open them up.... :)

Got about 10 "Warning... your computer has sent spam to our users... stop you evil doer, or check your computer for an e-mail bot" e-mails (supposedly from all over the world) all within the space of about 1 minute......

There were attachments to the e-mails, so I'm assuming that they wanted me to open them up, and that there was probably a "link" to click to get more information or something like that.......

Good thing for me that the address they said it came from isn't a valid one.... :)

(I never "open" stuff like that anywise.... I look at the properties and have a peak at the message source to see what the text is).

I'm actually pretty lucky. I only get maybe one or two a month.... :) (This one made up for 10 months worth... I should be good for a while... :) ).

I sent off an e-mail to our tech support to ensure that there wasn't anything to them. My main concern is that they used an older format of our e-mails addys which had the region incorporated into it, but hasn't been used for over 5 years. Just want to make sure that I don't get dinged for somebody else spoofing an old addy of mine...
