Take a look at the Panaflos if the SA's don't pan out. I just had three of these arrive yesterday, and based on preliminary testing, I think I'm sold. Lots of airflow, zero motor noise, great bearings, proven rad performance, and even though mine are the slowest models, they start reliably at 5V and exhibit no funny noises.
