Or could try out the New phantek cpu coolers they look rather good. I'm getting the huge duel 140 for a backup of my swiftech H320.

from what ive read the D14 performs a little better at full load. The U14s only performs better at idle which doesn't mean much.

Though I have never used the newer version and still use the D14
Using the D-14 with Noctua PWM fans
I did try it with the new larger Noctua PWM fans but not much difference there maybe a degree if that

Condolences should be offered to the OP if the trigger was already pulled on the purchase. Noctua released a proper replacement, the NHD15 and from the reviews I read it blows everything before out of the water.

Of course it will do better in those reviews using the stock fans. They are running 300 rpm faster than the fans on the D14.
